Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc grapes were sourced from great grower friends in Jordan Station, Ontario. Notes of lychee and passionfruit surround a crisp backbone of acidity and lingering finish. Dry, vibrant, and refreshing, this wine is everything we hoped it would be.
