2017 Merlot Christine’s Block

Hand harvested in the hot 2017 vintage, this beast of a wine was a powerhouse in the vineyard and the cellars. Bold, ripe, tannic, and ballsy, this wine was aged for 31 months in French oak barrels, then aged an additional year in bottle. Notes of dark chocolate, cherry, and cloves enhance a weighty mouthfeel and powerfully long length. Christine loves this wine.  We hope you do as well.
